Yes, absolutely! We love creating custom work, and we’d be happy to explore a piece made just for you. If you have an idea, a sketch, or even just a feeling you want to capture, send it our way and let’s talk about it.

Custom work usually takes about 4–8 weeks from start to finish. This covers the making process only. If we’re sourcing a very hard-to-find stone, it can take 8–12 weeks. Small changes to an existing design may be ready in as little as 3 weeks. We’ll keep you updated along the way!

That’s usually tarnish, and it’s very common with silver jewellery. The good news is that it only affects the surface, so you can polish it away or have it replated. Our silver jewellery is 18K gold-plated in 1–2 micron layers, and for white finishes we use rhodium. To help slow tarnishing and scratches, store each piece separately in a zip-lock bag.

Keep your pieces away from moisture and harsh products like sweat, perfume, chemicals, and lotions. For silver, you can use a polishing cloth. If you want a simple at-home clean, mix a little toothpaste with water, gently move the jewellery around in it for a few minutes, then rinse it well, dry it fully, and finish with a soft cloth.
